Directions: Bread Machine Instructions 1 package Bob's Red Mill Low-Carb Bread Mix 3/4 cup Water 3/4 cup Whipping Cream 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil 1 Egg (slightly beaten) 1 yeast packet (included in package) Add the ingredients to the bread maker in the following order: Warm the water to 85-90F. Pour into bread machine pan. Add cream, oil, and egg. Add Bread Mix. Make shallow well in the center of bread mix; do not break through to liquid portion. Add yeast to the well. Set bread machine to basic normal bread setting, medium crust-setting, and 2 lb. size. Start bread machine. Bread cycle will take approximately 3 hours and 10 minutes. Baking Instructions: By Hand For Conventional Ovens (Package makes 1 loaf) In mixing bowl, add warm water (90F), yeast and 1 tsp. of the bread mix. Let stand for 10 minutes. Warm cream to 90F and add to the yeast mixture. Then add oil, slightly beaten egg and bread mix. Combine and then knead mixture for 6-8 minutes.
