Manufacturer's Directions
Normal use: mix 20 - 40 cc (one to two label tick marks) in two times the amount of water and consume.
Hardcore use: consume 20-40 cc (one to two label tick marks) straight (warning HOT!). Do not consume more than 120 cc a day. Best if consumed 10-20 minutes before work or exercise.
