Works Great
What a wonderful product! Works great for my hot flashes especially at night! I sure can tell when I missed a dose.

Make sure to try this product for the entire 30 days before you decide if it works for you. If you can take the vitamins about the same time every day you will notice the benefits pretty quickly. My nights are more restful and my moods less, er, swinging. Better life through vitamins is all I can say!

I have been using this product for 5 years now and I really notice a difference when I stop taking it. My hair is much more attractive after taking it for just 3-4 days, I have a lot less heat and Im able to regulate my temperature way better when I take this product. I give it a big thumbs up. It works way better then the other over the counter products Ive tried.
