Manufacturer's Directions
For daily maintenance we recommend 1-2 caplets 2x per day. For more advanced usage, it is important to saturate your system for the first 90 days to stimulate immune response and to ensure maximum results. We suggest 3 caplets 3x per day before meals for 10 days, followed by 5 caplets in divided doses for 80 days. Thereafter, you may resume 1-2 caplets of RM-10? 2x per day.
