Ghost RTD Protein Shake Reviews
Ready to drink protein shakes always taste better and creamier to me than the powders and this was the case with Ghost, this stuff is super rich and tasty and has a good amount of protein, my new favorite protein shake.
I'd been hearing everyone raving about how amazing Ghost protein shakes were, they were pretty good, though I feel like a little bit overhyped. The Chips Ahoy protein shakes are tasty but kinda just taste like chocolate milk, the cereal milk is interesting, it doesn't taste like any particular cereal kinda tasted like rice pudding to me. Good stuff maybe I was just hyped up too much about how good they tasted.
Tastes great, good macros, I'm a happy customer.
