The people in charge are keeping a tight lid on the ingredient list so far, but we've learned a few things about the product in advance of the first wave of releasing samples:
- Each jar will contain 32 servings, with a formulation that ensures that only one scoop provides all the pump you'll ever want or need.
- It will be stimulant-free.
- Price in the United States will be no higher than $29.99 per jar - an impressive price point for how powerful we expect this product to be.
- Giant Sports is so confident in the product's pump power that they're including a warning that it may cause stretch marks!
What's in the jar?
At this time, we don't know what the formulation will be, but we can make a few educated guesses. As with all of their products, Metabolic Bioshock pre-workout has an open label and features NO3-T (glutamine nitrate) as its primary pump enhancer.
We may well see another nitrate, but there may also be an appearance from the hottest new ingredient on the market, arginine silicate. Just approved by the FDA in summer, 2013 as an additive, arginine silicate is just beginning to make an appearance in pre-workout formulas. Also marketed under the name Nitrosigine, arginine silicate incorporates silicon and potassium to enhance the traditional supplementary benefit of arginine.
