Maltodextrin, Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Titanium Dioxide.

Take two (2) capsules in the morning with a meal. Take an additional two (2) capsules in the evening with a meal. DO NOT EXCEED TW0 (2) SERVINGS PER DAY. Drink plenty of water during training to avoid dehydration. Store in a cool dry place. Discard after expiration date.
