Ingredients:
Active Ingredients: Arnica montana 1X 8%, Aconitum napellus 3X 10%, Belladonna 1X 0.1%, Calendula officinalis 1X 0.1%, Hamamelis virginica 1X 0.1%, Hypericum perforatum 1X 0.1%, Ruta graveolens 1X 0.1%, Symphytum officinale 1X 0.1%

Inactive Ingredients: aloe vera juice, carbomer, caprylic triglycerides, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, glyceryl stearate, isopropyl palmitate, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, polyglyceryl-10 stearate, sodium hydroxide, stearic acid, sunflower seed oil, vitamin E, water.

Manufacturer's Directions
-Do not use if tube seal is torn or missing
-Adults and children over the age of 2 apply generously to the affected area 2-4 times daily or as needed
-Use with a support bandage if desired
-For children under the age of two years consult a doctor.
