This is followed up with 100mg of Theobromine to provide a longer-lasting, smooth stimulant effect.

To control all these stims, we added 50mg of L-theanine and 10mg of Pterostilbene. Together, these ingredients provide a powerful energy supplement that will last for hours without jitters or that crash feeling later in the day.

Each 2-cap serving provides 250mg of caffeine, and each capsule provides 125mg, so you can adjust your dosage to your desired level.
