Directions: STEP 2: While pan is warming, add 1 scoop of EASY PROTEIN OMELET and 4 ounces of water to a small bowl. Whisk vigorously with a fork for about 20-30 seconds , or until well combined. STEP 1: Heat pan and prepare EASY PROTEIN OMELET mix as outlined above. STEP 2: Pour egg mixture into the hot pan. As the eggs begin to set, genetly pull the soft mixture across the pan with an inverted spatula. Continue cooking - lifting and folding - until the eggs are thick and no longer runny. STEP 3: Remove from heat and serve immediately. OPTIONAL: Top with a dahs of hot sauce, fresh chooped herbs, and.or shredded cheese. OUTSTANDING EGG PROTEIN OMELETS SENSATIONAL HIGH PROTEIN SCRAMBLED EGGS Step 4: When top surgace has thickened and liquid is no longer visible, fold the omelet in half with the spatula, and slide onto a plate to serve. STEP 1: Generously coat a large nonstick pan with cooking spray, vegetable oil, or butter and heat over medium flame. If using electric gridlle, warm to 375 F.
