Directions: SENSATIONAL HIGH PROTEIN SCRAMBLED EGGS Step 3: Pour mixture into the hot pan. It should set immediately around the edges. Using an inverted spatual, gently push the cooked portions from the edges toward the center, allowing the uncooked eggs to reach heated pan surface. STEP 2: While pan is warming, add 1 scoop of EASY PROTEIN OMELET and 4 ounces of water to a small bowl. Whisk vigorously with a fork for about 20-30 seconds , or until well combined. OUTSTANDING EGG PROTEIN OMELETS Step 4: When top surgace has thickened and liquid is no longer visible, fold the omelet in half with the spatula, and slide onto a plate to serve. Enjoy immediately. OPTIONAL: add fillings such as sauteed vegetables, fresh cheeses, and/or cooked meats to your EASY PROTEIN OMELET before folding. STEP 1: Heat pan and prepare EASY PROTEIN OMELET mix as outlined above. STEP 2: Pour egg mixture into the hot pan.
