What is Quercetin?
Quercetin is a plant pigment or a flavonoid which is found in plants as well as foods like red wine, onions, green tea apples, berries, and others. Quercetin has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects and may help to control blood sugar and help prevent heart disease.
What is Bromelain?
Bromelain is a protein digesting enzyme which comes from the stem and fruit of the pineapple plant, and for centuries its been used throughout Central and South America to treat medical ailments.
Directions
