Q: Is this just for intra-workout use only?
A: While that is by its’ most popular use, you can also use EAAs to help improve the overall efficiency of your normal protein too. More and more studies are coming out showing that as little as 3g EAAs can help stimulate MPS as well as 20g of protein can. WE would not advise you to replace your dietary protein. But what is becoming more apparent is that if you add EAAs to your meals that might be deficient in protein, you can still get some MPS benefits for sure. Get your food first for sure - and then if you feel the need to, boost it with some extra EAA to reach maximum MPS effects.*
